Dr. Poland is a 5-star physician. He takes his time dealing with you. He listens and asks meaningful questions. It always seems like he remembers me from year to year at physicals as he recalls parts of conversations or health concerns from before. His friendly, gentle manner makes it feel like you are visiting a friend, not at a physician's office. I always leave with a manageable plan for the next year. Wonderful!!!!

Good doctor

Dr. Poland is the best primary HCP anyone could ever visit. He is thorough and he explains everything. From an Edeavor Health rating, you have work to do based on the below.1. Your app has never worked properly since changing your name from No Shore to Endeavor. When I am in the app and try to add the appointment to my calendar on my iPhone, it doesn't give me an option to SAVE the appointment so it is never on my calendar.2. For this survey, you need to an an NA to the choices. As an example, for the question if I was informed of the delays along the way, I shouldn't have to answer this if there were no delays. Survey development is way below average for a National Health Care system.
