Department of Family Medicine

Special Message:
Our highest priority is the health and safety of the communities we serve. We remain open to serve you, either through Telehealth visits or in-person appointments if necessary.

Continuing to provide for your primary care needs during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic is of the utmost importance to us. Please call your physician’s office or schedule your visit as you normally would on NorthShoreConnect. Our team will assist in determining the appointment option that is most appropriate for your needs.

At NorthShore, our Department of Family Medicine offers a wide range of acute and chronic care services to family members of all ages, from newborns to geriatric patients. Care is centered on family and our physicians work in partnership with you to maintain wellness through reinforcing healthy habits, patient education and appropriate screenings and immunizations.
Our family medicine physicians get to know our patients and their family members on a personal level. This long-term relationship is built on both trust and respect; and because of this strong tie we are able to tailor care and treatment plans to each individual patient. Having such a close relationship lets our team better predict, manage and diagnose potential health concerns and issues such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular issues, obesity and others.

Dependent on their expertise and training, some family medicine physicians are able to perform in-office procedures including mole, wart and earwax removal; abscess draining; minor laceration repair and suture removal. Others are qualified to offer gynecological, sports medicine, integrative medicine and osteopathic manipulation services. Should you require additional care, we work in collaboration with a vast team of specialists.

When choosing a physician and planning your visit, know that our family medicine physicians offer convenient hours at many locations throughout the Chicagoland area.
