We absolutely adore Dr Takisha Heard and her nurse, Dawn. She is incredibly pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and caring. On multiple occasions, after visiting Dr. Heard, I've had immediately relief. 2hrs after speaking with her this week, and having had terrible head pain for a week and 2 visits to the PCP, my headache was gone. Dr Heard and her team is THE BEST. They always make time for me when I'm having terrible pain.

I will 100% refer this doctor. She was so down to earth very collaborative had a proactive approach and validated my thoughts feelings and concerns and regards to care for my child. I'm so grateful that I was able to get in with this doctor for my child who has a rare genetic condition

Hands down best doctor I've seen in awhile. She was kind, efficient and thorough. She made me feel we had a plan In place for care and also back up plans a re: medication ect. Dr. Immediately put In request for genome testing and pre -auth before I had gotten a chance to try and do myself. I was SO Impressed. Really liked her. I'd recommend

Dr. Heard was very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. She asked questions and listened carefully to our concerns to come up with preventative and treatment plan for our daughter.
