She listened and was methodical. I am not sure she really grasped at the discomfort I am in. Dr. Chae recommended an endoscopy and said to make the appointment now, as the department was scheduling more than 7 months out. She seemed unsympathetic about the long scheduling time. I get it, but don't. A lot can happen in 7 months. Like another pilland another pilland another pill

I was pleased that my doctor accepted tests from another source and was ready to treat my SIBO diagnosis. The young assistant didn't quite have his bedside manner down, but was very lively and responsive. Just seemed inclined to follow protocol rather than respond to my particular condition. The GI doctor was great.

She is prompt, knowledgeable and receptive to various treatment methods.

Too many patients - appointments too far out - not enough doctors to handle the amount of patients needing immediate care.

I just wrote book song and verse and when I submitted my response my session had timed out!!! My provider was fine! It is the BIG money corporate way of medicine' that is beyond my comprehension! The only way I see for people to be treated as individuals is concierge medicine and that Is unaffordable to most people. Hope I haven't timed out again. This is not as complete as my first response and a whole lot angrier. I have cut to the chase!
