Conditions Pediatric (General)
The doctor was condescending and not empathetic or caring. Do not recommend her
Dr lippman was very upset because my son is not her regular patient and she saw him for the first time. We always go to the Round Lake location but we could not get an appointment there because there were no openings . She gave a message to us to convey to our pediatrician that they cannot see other new patients from other locations as they have a lot of patients of their own and their office has turned into an immediate care center. Very disappointed with her attitude. We saw 2 other care providers from Endeavor health for our son but they were very happy and professional in assisting us. Not going to recommend Dr lippman to anyone

Appointment ran almost 20 minutes late. No apologies and no recognition that appts are running behind. Felt very rushed by the doctor. She didn't ask me if I had additional questions. Which I did. But I was so thrown off how rushed it was I forgot to ask her what I wanted.

She's good. However, I would like to share my feedback to help with positive changes. Our Appt is 9:15, I have the Northshore text reminder to prove it. We arrived 5mins ahead of time. We were checked in timely. By 9:35 I asked the medical assistant how much longer is our wait because [name] was expected to be back at school no later that 10:30. When the provider finally came in to see my son she expressed her displeasure that I asked to check when she is coming. She told me our appt was actually 9:30. So I showed her my phone with our spot reminder stating 9:15. She then said 9:15 for the medical assistant to check vitals, but 9:30 for the provider. I didn't want to make a big fuss but you can't make this up. Our of politeness, I suggested if that if that's the case, maybe they should state that in the text reminder. Saying 9:15 is for the MA and 9:30 is for your MD. I am a nurse in a clinic myself, I know how the clinic function. Please correct me if I am wrong.
