He arrived almost 45 minutes late to my appt and I would have appreciated it if someone would have let me know he wasn't on the building by the time my appt was supposed to begin. Sitting in an oncologist's office for 35 minutes after your vitals have been taken and you are waiting on test results is not a very successful way to run an office. Dr. Araan apologized for arriving so late but it would have been nice if the staff had notified me of the delay.

The visit with Dr. Arain was fine.I have a huge issue with the switchboard at the hospital. Back in [date], 2024: My mom was ambulanced to Glenbrook. While trying to call in, I was repeatedly disconnected. Maybe it's a bad system. Maybe it's incompetent employees. Or maybe they are good employees, and are overwhelmed by the call volume. It's very frustrating to have to keep calling.
