I love Dr. Rebecca Jacobson and if she ever leaves I will follow her.

She was not very involved.

Tech and assistants were outstanding.

Very great and made sure I was healthy

I felt unheard and was not given enough information about very specific questions. She was rude. Provider Stated I was unhealthy yet made no suggestions. Nor explained what she meant by me "being unhealthy ". I can't bring myself to see her again. To date I have results from urinalysis but not the Pap smear. Never had this lack of care before.

Too serious when engaging with patients. Comes off as uncaring or unfriendly. Sometimes patients don't know how to properly express concerns more questions could be asked from provider instead of just answering to be right. If a patients stated concerns for something , provider shouldn't assume everything is good on the subject without running those tests.
