I liked Dr. Bogdanovich; our visit with her personally was excellent. She was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The office staff was the opposite. They appeared to be poorly trained or untrained. For the original appointment the doctor had to cancel. We were not notified until the morning of. My husband and I both had appointments but only one of us was left a message about the appointment and that was at 6:30am when our phones were set for quiet. We made an hour's trip for nothing. When we arrived in the office the reception person said they'd left a message; no mention of sorry. They only left it on my husband's phone and did not try to call back, they even tried to make the point that they came in early to do the call. For the rescheduled appointment I called to verify the doctor was in (the request was "is the doctor in the office today"- that didn't go well either. The first person I spoke with eventually hung up on me. I called back and next person said they'd find out if the doctor was in that day; they never came back online. The third try resulted in the person saying they would get a priority message to the doctor and get back to me. I got the message as I was walking into the office that "my appointment was a 11am". I started calling 9am . And got the message over an hour later. No one seemed to understand my question which mentioned the cancelled appointment the week before and was the doctor in the office today. I know I was speaking English and no one seemed to have a foreign accent so that didn't seem to be the problem. What seemed to be the problem was the inability to understand what was being asked and how to elicit a response from me that the person taking the call (I did try rephrasing more than once) could understand. All other offices I have called seemed polite and helpful. The Tower Court staff needs work. I've worked in reception. You need to be polite! You need patience. You leave your problems at home. The person making the call can hear you smile or lack of smile in you voice. Your Tower Court is untrained and unprofessional.
