This was my first time visiting this particular office as I needed to establish care with a new PCP. The doctor was absolutely lovely. Very polite, caring, and attentive. The front desk Individual was polite and professional. The nurse who started the visit, on the other hand, was quite the opposite. She did not make eye contact, was very gruff in her communication style, and almost seemed annoyed that I was there. I was the first appointment of the day, so I acknowledged that may be that may have played a role, but as my visit were on her demeanor became even more unpleasant. I've been to many different types of medical practices over the years and I've never had such an offputting experience with a nurse. I believe additional customer service training would be helpful for this individual. I was shocked that someone in this network could have such poor interpersonal skills. It made me second-guess whether or not I wanted to make this my new PCP team.

Dr. Ali seemed competent in her exam. Her communication skills were excellent.

Great doc!! Took the necessary time!
