She is patient and answers all my questions.
We waited for 50min.from the appointment time and no one explained or mentioned anything. I had to come out and ask twice for so much delay. Our time is also precious.
She is very understanding and remembers instructions that she has previously given.
She was kind and caring and great at exploring options with me.
Dr Darji is very helpful. She listen to my concerns.
Care provider is very good. I was taken on time into the exam room for the preliminary BP and pulse, etc., but then sat in the room for almost 50 minutes waiting for the doctor. No one told me she was running late and I thought they had forgotten about me. She did apologize for running late, but someone should have let me know that she was almost an hour behind schedule.
Very happy with her. She seems to have a real interest in me.
Dr Darji was very thorough, understanding, and knowledgeable. She spent time answering all my many questions and I appreciated that.
Overall, nice staff from front desk to in-room care. There've been a few visits where the front desk staff are very vocal & audible about their feelings about their job, their employer, their co-workers. I know it's not unusual to gripe about a bad day or bad experience but I guess I draw the line when it distracts them from the people standing at the front desk waiting to be served or people waiting to be seen by their docs. LOTS of bad-mouthing about the docs, the med staff, & NorthShore in general and it can be disheartening when you're waiting to be seen/treated by the very people they're mocking & bad mouthing. Sure, we can slip on ear buds but shouldn't have to. ALSO, please consider providing your med staff with sensitivity training on addressing women they deem too "old" to "obviously" not care about family planning or menstrual cycles. Just cuz some of us are pushing 40 doesn't mean we don't still dream of having children--there are other ways than the natural way. Not to mention, as medical people, I assume they know better than anyone that age isn't the only factor for a woman not menstruating or not having children (there are other physical & emotional factors, too!) and It can be a VERY sensitive topic so when ur med staff--surprisingly your female staff-- have a dismissive attitude about It & attribute it just to our age, It's very hurtful. Please give them a "heads up" about this.
Care provider was helpful and answered all of my questions
