I'm very pleased with my PCP. Dr. Monica W is a great listener and very thorough answering my questions or explaining matters at hand. She's caring, kind, present, and compassionate. I am very fortunate to have such a great team having my back at every step of the way. My frustration has nothing to do with the care providers. My frustration is with the system. It is increasingly difficult to reach a human being if one needs to call ahead of time or is running late to an appointment. It is also very difficult to secure an appointment within 2-3 months, if needed. I have to wait until 2025 for two consultations that could easily be addressed sooner. Do we have that many patients or is it a lack of physicians?
