First time meeting with Dr. Michael Sprang it was a true pleasure. He was very knowledgeable of my case and I love his bedside manner, but on the other hand the front desk person that checked me in had such and awful attitude. I worked at North Shore for over (28) yrs. And I worked her position and she is the first line of contact/ communication with your office experience I was ready to leave, but I'm glad I stayed because again Dr. Sprang was Amazing I already recommended him to one of my friend. I also told her about one young lady at the front desk. Thanks.
