She is always very kind and always answers questions in an easy to understand way

Dr Crawford is the best! However, availability to schedule appointments has become problematic. I inquired yesterday on the phone about coming in later or a quick reschedule. I'm a first responder at O'Hare with a lot to do. It was disturbing to hear Dr Crawford's next available time was 5 months from now. I recently had [physician] cancel an appt and then I had to reschedule that date due to a family emergency and [physician]'s next available appointment was 6 months from now. I have great concerns that the inability to schedule appointments is not reasonable and prevents my timely access to medical care. As a patient do I have any rights at all? Do I have to be considered for a higher tier or higher status to get more scheduling options? Let me knowthanks

Dr. Crawford is WONDERFUL. Getting an appointment with her in person is a difficult chore.
