Dr Suisse is an excellent and compassionate doctor, but sees far too many patients if she can run 90 minutes over when my appointment was at 10:25 am.

Dr. Sweiss is kind and helpful. She took the time to explain issues to me.

Dr. Sweiss is a very pleasant, knowledgable, and supportive doctor.

Came into her office for the second time for a chronic pain symptom that I had for over a year with her. The appointment was very rushed because she said she had to catch up on work. My main reason for the visit was not even addressed before I brought it up. She also did not look at my history, which I had to bring up myself to address the main reason for the appointment. This is a systemic issue by the administration for making a physician feel rushed to catch up on their work after a vacation which further affects the quality of care received by the patient. However, she was very willing to order blood work and imaging for the problems I talked about, although it did not result in any further answers. Follow up for any messages on NorthShore connect was also very slow with no updates from the office or Dr. Sweiss.

Dr. Sweiss is sometimes rushed in her visits, both in person and online. She has a tendency to talk over the patient.

The doctor is very thorough and I like her but, she is always extremely late. This time she didn't arrive in the office over an hour late. It was the first appointment of the day. On my last visit she was running over n hour late and I was traveling so I could not wait to be seen.
