I have seen Dr. Leilah Backhus for two years in a row for OB-GYN exams. Dr. Backhus is very patient and performs a thorough exam. She is always courteous and patient, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Backhus is very thorough and follows up with me after additional testing.

The only 'concern' I have is how long it's taking to hear back from my doctor now that my results are posted. I thought I would hear back from her by now and haven't.

Not someone I would want as a primary doctor. A little cold.

I had discharge from my left nipple over a year ago. Dr. Backus ordered a mammogram and ultrasound which I completed. I was informed that the imaging showed no problems but no follow up was suggested. The problem persisted and when I saw Dr. Backus recently. She is now suggesting I see a surgeon in the Breast Center to determine the cause. My concern is that this should have occurred last year.
