Dr Treacy is very welcoming. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable!

I was.waiting for the doctor more than half hour in.the gown and started to feel chilly. The nurse came in to update me on the delay but no EAT when the doctor can come. Second.time the nurse came in amd.even asked me if I should consider to reschedule my appointment. Her point was that other patient was.taking the advantage of time to consult the doctor and suggested me not to schedule the appointment at lunch time. I was very upset about how.the nurse handled the delay. First all why would she ask me to reschedule after I waited so long. Secondly I havd no question that other patient needed more time but the nurse should not say that I should avoid.the lunch time appointment. I have a job. I also tried not to impact work hour hence chose the lunchtime appointment. This is my right and the appointment time was available hence I chose. This was not good customer service and showed poor care about the patient.
