Appointment for regular follow up. Nurse took me to a room for cystoscopy, which is not scheduled until [date]. Nurse was clearly confused what appointment was for. Either she did not receive the correct information or she did not I understand it. When informed what the appointment was for, she took me to a regular exam room.

My care provider was excellent. He explained and informed me of all options. I have absolutely No complaints.However ... I NEVER make recommendations. I wish your surveys would stop asking me !!!
