All the staff at the Skokie location of the Orthopedic Urgent Care were extremely helpful and efficient. I was seen immediately and out within an hour.

I left a lot of the survey bland because I was a walk in to orthopedics immediate care as a follow up from the night before visit to another immediate care following a fall. Once I finally got tot he back I did appreciate the person the care and concern of who took me back as well as Dr. Lilly's evaluation of my fall/injuries/x-rays from the night before.

Desk staff was indifferent at best. Felt the physical exam was cursory at best. Insufficient time provided to understand or discuss treatment options. Other staff were Informative and helpful. Information in notes reported things that did not happen In the visit and Inaccurately reported things that did. Popping chewing gum was off-putting. No problem with gum, just the snapping and popping. This survey is poorly constructed.

I was amazed at how quickly everyone responded as I was a walk in at the recommendation of my primary physician. Dr. Lilly and the entire team from start, (including valet) and the staff that greeted me at the door were unbelievably kind and patient. I received excellent care.
