The care I received was good/thorough. At one point though, I wondered if I was forgotten about. I was about to open the door and the Doctor came in.

I was astounded when I can walked in at 2:45pm and found a 4:45pm appointment was available that day. However, in order to schedule me for the appointment, they said I had to sit in the waiting room until the appointment. But, they could schedule me for the 2 pm appointment the next day! Why ask me to sit for 2 hours!? The doctor also said he could only evaluate my left knee. I would need to come back again for my right forearm!? Seriously!!??

Provider was very thorough and addressed all my issues. My only complaint is I waited over an hour to see the Doctor No one in the office told me there was a delay or when the Doctor would see me. The Doctor apologized for the delay. He had an emergency, which I understand. But someone on his staff should have informed me of the delay while I was sitting in the exam room wondering when he would see me.

I had an appointment follow up with Dr. Bollock and I learned that he was called away for a family emergency. The person at the desk, Jordan, was able to schedule an appointment in about a month. I had been in pain for several months & my wife & I informed Jordan of that fact. Jordan then said that she would, "See what I can do" and asked us to give her a couple of minutes. My wife & I sat down and waited, eventually being called to the door. Jordan had been able to secure an on-site, immediate consultation with another orthopedic doctor, Dr. Perkins. Dr. Perkins read Dr. Bullock's file and examined my knee. He was able to plainly explain my options (as Dr. Bullock did during my last appointment). Dr. Perkins was able to treat me Immediately with a cortisone Injection as well as removing fluid from my knee. Dr. Perkins & his nurse were very compassionate and made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be. Afterwards I was given a summary of the procedure as well as what to expect pain wise for the next few days. I was Instructed to make a follow-up appointment if needed & follow-up on Dr. Bullock's recommendation for physical therapy, which I did. I asked if I needed another follow-up if I could make it with him and he strongly encouraged that if I needed one that it should be made with Dr. Bullock. I appreciated this as it showed Dr. Perkins respect for my original doctor. Now I am virtually pain-free! This was a very positive experience overall. I can't say enough good things about Jordan who went out of her way to make sure I was examined then & there.

Between the intake clerk, Physician Assistant, the x-ray department (although the x-ray Tech did her job quickly and efficiently) and the Physician himself, I waited in isolation for over 3 hours. Way too long to be sitting around in an x-ray gown.

I came in for immediate orthopedic care and was impressed to also see an athletic trainer. Because of the nature of the injury, that was important to my treatment plan.
