Doctors are great individually, as a whole trying to coordinate specialists is extremely difficult. 10 in frustration level, seriously thinking of switching hospitals.

Dr Ebihara is very good and caring. We spent almost an hour in this annual exam. He addressed all my concerns and recommended multiple follow-up exams.

The doctor was great. The problem was that I could not get in with my own primary care physician since there is a wait of about 3 to 6 months and I was lucky to get in with Dr. Ebihara and that was the only available appointment in all of Evanston. I was told when I was in the ER to follow up with my primary care physician in a few days and a few days and that is not meant to be 3 to 6 month. I am now going to change to a private primary care physician since Northshore can't provide the care that I need. But again, Dr. John Ebihara is a very good physician and he addressed my needs, examined me and referred me to exactly what I needed for my severe vertigo.
