DR Carter was great. Listened and explained things well. Very nice.

Dr was fine. Check in was not so hot. I was asked to sign many papers without being allowed to read them unless I signed them. They couldn't explain the details I cared about. Also Very concerned you charge hospital rates for a dr office visit.

The system is broken. After Jana Mecherova left the practice, I selected Dr. Carter and rescheduled my annual check-up. The assistant who took my blood pressure, etc., announced that my appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes and when I reminded her that this was an annual physical, she simply rejected this and left the room. Dr. Carter apologized for the mistake but NO effort was made to arrange for an actual annual physical exam. Instead, we rushed through the 20 minutes I was allotted, focusing only on an immediate, although non-serious problem.
