I felt like Dr.Green was thorough and very professional. All of the staff were very friendly.

I thought Dr. Green was no help , just typed away on his computer . Keeping me there for over an hour as he typed away . Looked at one knee and said arthritis and get a brace and a cane .. I. Thought not interested and so boring and non helpful . Never would return or recommend . NEVER !

After waiting 3 months for this appointment, and 7 years of the physical pain I've been in, Dr Green clearly did not read my chart or history whatsoever, or prepared for my visit at all. I was recommended by another doctor at Northshore who he was unable to find in his system, and thus, could not access my labs, which were the reason I was sent to him in the first place. This unprofessionalism was extremely frustrating.He suggested my pain was "annoying", which was so invalidating I could hardly believe he said that. We know that women are often dismissed and invalidated by doctors, and this was no exception.I explained to Dr. Green that I am in eating disorder recovery, as he suggested I exercise 30 minutes a day every day until I'm sweating heavily. I told him I used to have an exercise addiction in the height of my eating disorder. He clearly has absolutely no knowledge of eating disorders because he could not understand how his exercise recommendation would be difficult and not in accordance with eating disorder recovery whatsoever. I was offended and once again, invalidated.Overall, Dr. Green acted with no sympathy and understanding for my conditions, both physical and mental.

I don't know when I have ever had a doctor spend that much time and care with me. He was great.
