Dr Chan is wonderful. Direct. Always think of best possible solutions. Trying to get precription refils thru the portal has been a challenge recently due to network issues. I dont think messages are being delivered.

Dr. Chan arrived in the exam room 1hour 15 minutes late. Though I asked if it was a hard day, I was brushed off with not even small apology for the delay. Dr. Chan on my visit last year missed what turned out to be a squamous cell carcinoma on my chest, by saying get a dermatologist from Northshore. 9 months was the earliest appointment I could get. I went outside Northshore and got appointment In one week and the diagnosis and removal of the cancer. Not a great feeling.

Everyone from reception to MD was friendly, kind and accommodating. Thorough but no unnecessary action or discusion, while making sure questions are answerred if possible.
