She was amazing. She spent time with me to understand my problem and help me find causes and resolutions. She was so kind and caring.

Dr. Maker-Clark was very easy to communicate with. She listened carefully and came up with some solutions to my problem. She was patient and informative.

I will probably not make another appointment with this doctor because my concerns were not directly addressed in the way I had hoped.

I was not informed that the visit was a Virtual Visit until I reached the Dr's office building about 5 minutes before my office appointment with Dr Maker-Clark. I was informed by the staff in the North Shore Department in the medical offices downstairs and the medical offices on the second floor suite 200 at 900 Davis st. Evanston after I traveled 14 miles, 28 miles total of unnecessary travel and gasoline. Later that evening, I get a me that my appointment with Dr Maker-Clark is scheduled for online for earlier that morning. At that point, it was absolutely, entirely a moot point, and useless to me. I fail to understand the necessity for sending that information after my appointment! It is very difficult for me to travel long distances for "Health" reasons. Dr. Maker-Clark was pleasant and knowledgeable.
