Love Dr. Smith!

I filled out form that they required doc didn't look at it so none of those concerns were addressed. She wanted me to be in partial hospital but didn't explain why or ask me what I thought about it. She did do procedures that I asked her to do. I didn't verbally ask what I already put in the sheet.

Unfortunately Dr. Smith is leaving and I am very sad. I hope to find another ob/gyn very similar to her. She will be missed. Dr. Smith is very attentive and proactive with her patients health care. Going to dr appts especially ob/gyn care can feel uneasy but she makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I felt listened to and cared for each visit. She has a great bedside manner, professional while still having a great personality and being down to earth. Rare to find this type Physician. It's difficult to find physicians you connect with and provide great care so it is a real loss for me to have to start a new search for another physician after many years with her.

I love Dr. Erica Smith. She is an amazing kind and compassionate doctor. Ever since I have seen her she has always been very thorough and has answered my questions and has even gone above and beyond asking me additional questions and if I need additional support or have any problems that I would love to discuss. I'm happy for her next chapter but I'm sad that she's leaving because she is one of your very special doctors in NorthShore

Dr. Smith is wonderful! She is kind and always takes my concerns seriously. I'm happy I've been able to continue my care with her since having my children. I especially appreciate how clearly she explains things and has been very understanding of anything that comes up.
