Dr Oberoi is great and once I got through the layers of questions and people, told there were no available appointments for a while I asked if I could leave my Doctor a message. Someone from her office found time for me same day. The appointment setter portion is a bit much!

Most of visit was spent with the provider talking to me like I was a child and not an aged patient and telling me about complaints about me as a patient, specifically about my contacting her via north shore connect or by phone. If I do not limit this, she will not be as responsive as she has been before. She told me the length of my posts to me Notthshore Connect are far too lengthy; also that she does not want me to forward any messages to her that I have sent to my northshore cardiologist. She added that I am overly concerned about my health, and to address this with medication or therapy. She added she would like to continue the relationship . I got the feeling she was the teacher addressing a recalcitrant pupil. She spent 15 minutes on her complaint and then only 5 minutes addressing the medical reason for my visit. The above was inappropriate and is unacceptable.

Dr Oberoi, is by far the past primary physician I have ever had. All were good but she is outstanding. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she truly cares .
