Dr Roy does a wonderful job of displaying competence and compassion. I am sorry that she is leaving the practice because I have seen her several times and appreciate her very much.

I went for annual physical & addressed my symptoms of feeling nauseous & vomiting for weeks and daily & told her I had pain in abdomen & a bulge in lower right groin & never even checked to see what it is or what it could've been. & jus told me to make appointment with ob/gene. all she seems to care about is JUS getting her pay, but shows no care & concern for me as a patient.

This was an emergency room follow-up and Dr. Roy had reviewed my records and was very helpful

I Felt that my symptoms and pain was ignored. I told her that I was willing to pay out of pocket for my MRI and she still refused. I later got my chiropractor to order it. I paid for it. I felt ignored and just like she was processing patients like products on a manufacturing line.

Dr. Roy had a very good suggestion about dropping one of my blood pressure medications that was possibly causing my blood pressure to be too low. As soon as I made a change the next day, I felt a positive difference. The suggestion was a good one.

I have been a patient of Dr Roy for many years. My only issue is the difficulty of scheduling appointments at this facility (which was not a problem at other NorthShore offices in the past).
