Friendly; disputed info given by other doctors in the past

The wait time between audiologist and doctor was very long with no information as to why. Dr. Walker basically said I had my diagnosis already figured out and this isn't in his wheel house as he is a surgeon. The whole appointment(s) was basically a waste of time. Please know Dr Walker was very nice and I am sure a very good surgeon. If I would have known this wasn't in his expertise I would not have traveled so far for the appointment.

I was greatly impressed by his punctuality; he arrived right on time for our appointment. Additionally, he demonstrated excellent active listening skills and was able to deduce the potential cause of my issue.
