They are courteous, respectful and caring people, I salute them and like mostly all of them, sometimes waiting is long.

Nurse and doctor weee very thorough and helpful with their observations and directions.

Opthamologist: Dr. Kaitis isAttentive, personable

Dr. Kaitis was not a friendly person. I felt he was not taking my issues seriously. I would try to talk to him and he would cut me off. He portrayed to me as being above anyone else, like being " Mr. Hollywood ". Twice he told me you can leave now in a non caring way. There was no professionalism. Dr. Kaitis did not ask me if l had someone to drive me home or if the office gave me special sunglasses after the eye dilation. The office did not give me anything!! . I was very much disappointed with my visit.
