Dr. Labbate listened to my questions and responded with good answers.

The system is not patient friendly. Had to contact GP and wait to get an emergency apptment.

I feel well cared for, however, not having the ability to call the Dr's office is frustrating. I understand the purpose of the NS Connect, but sometimes you need to talk to someone rather than relying on an email which can take a day or two to get an answer.

Very responsive to my questions and gave me a comprehensive overview of his recommendations. Great interpersonal skills and easy to speak with in my health. Thanks!
