Dr Gupta was kind, fully engaged in my issues, and looking to provide solutions. However, the administrative apparatus is poor. By that I mean the following: 1) to schedule an appointment is slow, 2) after the appointment, I had further questions, and the phone numbers I was given did not connect me to someone with answers! This is so cumbersome and hours and days are lost just trying to get basic information. 3) I dread having to go through the process of rescheduling my next appointment, (which has to be changed because me surgery date has changed). 4) Overall, I feel that the onsite/face to face communication with Dr. Gupta is #1, but the telephonic administrative communication is very stressful. This is especially true when multiple doctors have to coordinate as is my case.

She is excellent. Easy to talk with, listens well, very knowledgeable
