I felt supported and respected. It is always difficult and time consuming to connect with the staff. Sometimes I just give up or do not feel like trying as I know it will be frustrating. To talk with someone I have been told I will be called back the next day; sometimes I do not get a call. Also, I cannot sit with the phone. It is not the specific office. It is the layers of staff answering initially. The medical staff - when I am in the office or on the phone - are always attentive, efficient and concerned.
