Ingredients:
1½ tbsp olive oil¾ cup green pepper, diced¾ cup red pepper, diced1 poblano pepper, minced3 cups yellow onion, diced1½ lbs lean ground turkey 1 tbsp black pepper 2 tsp cumin2 tbsp chili powder 3½ cups low-sodium chicken broth2 6-ounce cans no-salt tomato paste1½ cups dry Great Northern white beans
