Recipe makes 12 muffins Serving Size 1 muffin
Ingredients: 1.5 cups pink lady apples, grated 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
