The heart of the house during the holidays – and maybe always – is the kitchen. It’s not uncommon for families to gather around, talk and munch on some delicious goodies. Theresa Desai, RD, CDE, Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian at NorthShore, knows that the dessert table is often the favorite. She shares a recipe that is so delicious, no one will know it’s made with Greek yogurt.

To keep this treat on the healthy side, serve with apple slices or bananas. To indulge a little, serve with some graham crackers or with chocolate chips.
