NorthShore has hit an impressive milestone in its vaccination efforts with more than 100,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses now administered! Our delivery of vaccinations to community members is growing weekly.
“NorthShore is continuing to be an important partner in vaccinating patients and members of our communities. Thank you to all of our team members for their energy, effort, and dedication in helping to connect our communities to COVID vaccination," said Lakshmi Halasyamani, MD, NorthShore's Chief Medical Officer.
Currently, NorthShore is vaccinating healthcare workers and patients ages 18 years and over as vaccine supply allows. Swedish Hospital is vaccinating Chicagoans and patients ages 18 years and older. We plan to open to children age 16-17 in a couple of weeks. Northwest Community is vaccinating patients 16 years and over.
