These awards are given to NorthShore University HealthSystem individual employees or teams of employees for their efforts in caring for our patients, patient families, physicians and co-workers with actions that exceed the scope of their job responsibilities. This award recognizes results within or across teams, departments, geographic locations or the organization. Employees receive a monetary award distinguishing either exceptional performance in driving customer loyalty via system or process changes, or behaviors and/or improved business results that support NorthShore's mission, values and goals. The Loyalty Leader Award nomination must be submitted by a manager for any employee.
