Experience at the Dr's was great. The only thing that was difficult and the service wasn't great was scheduling the appointments. Everything by phone takes too long and complicated.

Dr. Malik is a wonderful doctor. She puts you at ease & makes you feel comfortable. She makes sure you understands every she says. Same goes for her staff.

I feel that she really listens to me and that seems to be a lost art.

Listens, informative, kind

I love Dr. Malik andThe overall care she provides, but I don't like the difficulty getting an appointment when Ill, often being referred to immediate care or the emergency room for care when sick. The immediate care does absolutely nothing and I had a $300 bill for an inaccurate chest X-ray, urine sample, and Tylenol. The emergency rooms take forever to get care at because what doctors used to do are now being sent to the emergency room. It is very frustrating when trying to get adequate, efficient care when not feeling well.

She is very professional and does not rush during my appt.

Dr Malik is always kind, patient, and takes time to explain things. It's a shame the clinic is not resourced to accommodate sick visits, however, this is reflective of a c-suite level issue rather than a care team issue.

I met Rebecca Malik for the first time. She was thoughtful, kind, and I felt she would be a good fit as my primary doctor. I did not feel rushed and look forward to continuing to build a professional relationship with her.

I was impressed with the kindness of the staff. Dr Malik seems to be a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
