Dr Casini was very kind and knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job explaining everything to us. We felt comfortable after leaving the visit with her knowing there was a plan in placed for our daughter.

Dr. Casini is wonderful, but I had I very unfortunate experience when leaving my stool sample. Dr. Casini said I could leave my sample at the time of my visit which since I needed to go to the bathroom was most convenient. She said this rarely happens, and even joked that I would make office history because no one does this. Two of the receptionists were flat out rude. They told me I could not do it In the office So for some unknown reason, I couldn't use the facilities to gather my stool. They then took 90 minutes to give me my stool containers-the same container I needed whether I was collecting at home or in your bathrrom. The one receptionist stomped away, saying Jesus Christ which I found very offensive. We had to wait being told that the tech on duty wasn't trained to hand out a basic stool kit at a gastro facility. We live 40 minutes away, and it is unbelievable to think that if I could provide the sample then and there I was expected to leave to only return with it.

Dr. Casini was amazing. She listened, did not rush us, was solutions-oriented, and provided us with a course of action and necessary paperwork on the spot, and was very personable and warm. We will 100% recommend her to anyone looking for pediatric GI care.
