Everything went well. My issues are with the large healthcare entity that sends messages that ask me to make appointments I already have scheduled, ask me to sign in after I have done so, and also that require us to make appointments one year in advance.

This was a follow-up appointment with Dr Patel. She is always well-prepared-- has reviewed notes on patient's previous sessions, any other medical issues patient has recently had/continues to have, lab tests results, etc.
