I didn't feel that he would be helpful to me in removing my headaches which is why I scheduled my appointment with him.

Dr Cohen-Lewe was very thorough in probing for any and all physical and mental issues affecting my well being. His knowledge and empathy in addressing all my concerns is extremely impressive and appreciated. I feel very fortunate to have him as my primary care physician.

It was difficult to make an appointment. Upon calling and choosing the correct menu item, my call rang to a line that was never picked up. I had to call back. I finally got an appointment and was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork, but there was none to fill out. I waited over 40 minutes for my appointment. The doctor seemed rushed and stressed, overworked. When I finished the appointment I was told to make a follow-up within 2 weeks to a month. I tried but was told I would be put on a wait list once the "opened the next month's calendar" and would get a call. I never got a call. When I called the office a week later I was told that there were no appointments available for over 2 months! Very disorganized system and not good continuity of care for the patient.

After a delay provider completed PreOp exam enabling Hernia Repair surgery to proceed as scheduled. Care was then very good.
